About Nourish
Nourish is where culinary passion meets business execution. This mobile teaching kitchen gives aspiring food entrepreneurs hands-on experience in culinary operations, menu development, marketing, customer service and business management.
In partnership with the St. Vincent Charity Health & Healing Hub, operated by the Sisters of Charity supporting the Cleveland Central Neighborhood Promise, Nourish will bring fresh meals and warm hospitality to Cleveland's Central Neighborhood while providing students with real-world experience serving the public.

Food Business and Mobile Entrepreneurship Certificate
Whether students dream of owning a food truck, restaurant, catering company or personal chef business, Nourish provides an opportunity to test ideas and build confidence.
The Food Business and Mobile Entrepreneurship Certificate combines Hospitality Management coursework with entrepreneurial education through the Center for Entrepreneurship at Corporate College®, giving students both the culinary and business skills needed for success.
Our Story
What began as a pitch for a grant to support a food truck project became something much bigger — a national grant and, ultimately, a fully equipped mobile teaching kitchen that will serve students and the Cleveland community.
Two years ago, Tri-C's Hospitality Management and Corporate College's Center for Entrepreneurship teams joined forces to pursue an innovative food truck concept. A team, joined by a seasoned Hospitality alumnus, traveled to California to compete in the National Association of Community College Entrepreneurs (NACCE) Pitch Competition.
While the team was competing, another opportunity emerged in Cleveland through the Sisters of Charity, who were seeking innovative ways to provide food outreach and distribution opportunities to Central Neighborhood, which is part of the St. Vincent Charity Health & Healing Hub. Cleveland’s Central Neighborhood is a legacy area the Sisters of Charity are focused on serving. This quickly grew into a partnership between Tri-C Hospitality Management, the School of Business, Legal Professions and Hospitality, the Center for Entrepreneurship and the Sisters of Charity.
By the time the team returned home with the NACCE award, the collaboration was already taking shape.
Thanks to a generous donor, the Sisters of Charity gifted Tri-C a fully equipped mobile teaching kitchen. The NACCE grant now helps fund renovations, equipment upgrades and the final preparations needed to bring Nourish to the community.
