Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible digital experience for all students, employees and members of the community. We strive to ensure that our websites, online services and digital content are accessible to individuals of all abilities.
Our Commitment
Tri-C is actively working to ensure that all digital content meets applicable accessibility standards and aligns with best practices for usability and inclusion. Our goal is to provide equitable access to information, programs and services for everyone.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which serve as the current standard for digital accessibility.
Ongoing Efforts
To support accessibility across our digital environment, Tri-C is:
- Evaluating and improving existing web and course content
- Integrating accessibility into content creation workflows
- Providing training and resources for faculty and staff
- Collaborating across departments to support accessible technology and procurement
- Utilizing tools and services to monitor and improve accessibility
Third-Party Content
While we strive to ensure accessibility across all digital platforms, some third-party content or applications may not be fully accessible. Continuous Improvement
Digital accessibility is an ongoing effort. Tri-C regularly reviews and updates its practices to better serve our community.
