Steps to Enroll

Enrollment To Do List

  • Submit official high school/GED transcripts.
  • Sign into my Tri-C space.
  • Check your Tri-C email for admissions details. 
  • Complete My Online Readiness Experience to get familiar with the online environment at tri-c.edu/more.
  • After registering for classes, visit Admissions and Financial Services to get your student ID (Stomp Card). Bring a government-issued picture ID.
  • Purchase textbooks online or at the campus bookstore. 

Sign in to my Tri-C space

As soon as your application is processed, the College will generate your my Tri-C space account. Here, you will obtain important information regarding registration, financial aid and course planning. You can also access your student email through my Tri-C space. Check your email regularly for important updates.

  1. Go to my Tri-C space.
  2. Enter your student email address (format: S-number@acad.tri-c.edu - example: S00000000@acad.tri-c.edu) and click "Next."
  3. Enter your birthday as your old password with no leading zeros for single-digit dates (format: mm/dd/yyyy - example 1/1/1999) and click "Sign in."
  4. You will next be required to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access certain Tri-C applications or tools. MFA is required by the college due to federal regulations.
  5. Please set up multiple MFA methods. Click on "I want to set up a different method" to set up a mobile phone number for SMS. Read Student MFA Enrollment for additional instructions.
  6. Enter your birthday again as your current password and create a new password. Your new password needs to include three of these four categories, and eight characters minimum: lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, and symbol/special character.
  7. Go to Tri-C Help Portal for self-service tools and help articles, including Password and MFA reset.
