How do I get my books for the Spring sessions?

  • Purchase your Spring textbooks at a campus bookstore, through the bookstore website or via the mobile app.

Do I have to pay shipping costs if I order my textbooks online?

  • Yes, the cost will be provided to you at check out or you can have it shipped to a Campus at no cost

Important Textbook Refund Spring 2026 Dates

  • A full refund will be given in your original form of payment up to seven days from the start of your session with original receipt. After seven days, refunds will be given two business days from date of purchase.

What do I need to bring to return at the Bookstore?

  • Please bring a receipt for full textbook and course-required material refunds.
  • *For O, M and B sessions, you must also provide a copy of your schedule.

What if I withdrew from a class?

  • Please present proof of withdrawal and a receipt within 30 days of the class start date to receive a full refund in the original form of payment.

What Textbook and Course Materials conditions do you accept?

  • Textbooks and all course-required materials must be in original condition. All shrink-wrapped books must be in original packaging. Textbooks with opened access codes or other opened course-required materials will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Sessions A, O – Last day to use Jan. 29
  • Session M – Opens Feb. 6
  • Session M – Last day to use Feb. 26
  • Session B – Opens Mar. 6
  • Session B – Last day to use Apr. 2

**Any returns on purchases that used Book Account funds after the close of financial aid, will only be refunded to Tri-C Cash.

Does the bookstore sell personal protective equipment?

  • Yes. Disposable face masks, face shields and disposable gloves available for purchase.

I am a College Credit Plus student. How do I purchase books and course materials?

  • College Credit Plus students must follow these steps to purchase textbooks and other materials.

I am a veteran or have a third-party sponsor. How do I purchase books and course materials?

  • Follow the appropriate steps for veteran students and those with third-party sponsors to purchase textbooks and other materials.

I am a College intern student. How do I purchase books and course materials?

  • Follow the appropriate steps for summer intern students to purchase textbooks and other materials.

Can I use financial aid for bookstore purchases for the spring semester?

  • Yes, you can use your approved financial aid dollars for purchases on-line by following the instructions at  Banner Page Builder.
  • Or in person, be sure to bring your Stomp Card in order to make purchases in the stores using your financial aid.
