Out-of-State Student Compliance

Online Learning students from out-of-state should attempt to resolve any issues or complaints with Cuyahoga Community College first. If an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint about Cuyahoga Community College with your State by referring to the following State Agencies in compliance with federal Department of Education regulations.

Link to and/or Information about the State Complaint Process as required by 34 CFR 600.9(a) & (b) - An institution described under §§ 600.4, 600.5, and 600.6 is legally authorized by a State if the State has a process to review and appropriately act on complaints concerning the institution including enforcing applicable State laws...
