Purchase Single Tickets:

Though there are no performances currently scheduled, when we do resume, there are four easy ways to purchase single tickets:

1. Online
2. Phone (Performing Arts and JazzFest): 216-987-4444 or 216-241-6000 (for events at Playhouse Square)
3. Phone (Theater/Dance Department productions): Metro 216-987-4211, East 216-987-4947, West 216-987-5536
4. In Person: Tickets may be purchased at the door one hour before the performance.

Group discounts are available when buying 10 or more tickets. All artists and programming are subject to change.

We love Tri-C Students

Enjoy a FREE ticket to a Tri-C Theatre Department productions.
Limit one per student, per performance.

Tickets available at the venue box office, 60 minutes before show time with current student ID.

Tri-C Performing Arts Policies and Information

Ticket Payment: For your convenience, you can purchase tickets with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.

Tickets(s) cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a performance is canceled by artist(s) or Tri-C Performing Arts. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser at the point of purchase.

Will-call tickets will only be released to the person who purchased them. Purchaser must present a valid photo ID.

Use of cameras; camera phones; audio, video/digital recorders; paging devices and cell phones is not permitted in the theaters. Patrons using these items may be asked to leave the theater without being given a refund.

If a patron arrives after the show begins, you may be asked to wait until there is a break in the act before going to your seat.

Children younger than 2 years of age are not permitted in the theater. At designated shows, children of all ages are permitted. However, everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Food and beverage is not permitted in the theater.
