Session II: Street Photography (Ages 15 - 18)
Apr. 6 - May. 25, 2024 | Saturdays, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. | FREE
In this eight-week photo academy, students will learn to be more present and engaged in the world around them through street photography. They will also discover the comprehensive, culturally diverse history of street photography and how it is relevant for photographers and creative people today. Practicing street photographers will lead students throughout different parts of Cleveland to teach them how to engage with their surroundings. Students will become more comfortable interacting with people, sharpen their eyes and learn to be more curious and intentional about what they see and how they see it.
The program is offered in partnership with the Cleveland Print Room and is supported by the Cleveland Foundation.
