Group Visit

Cuyahoga Community College welcomes the opportunity to host groups on campus who wish to learn more about the college.  Group visits are offered on a space-available basis, and are recommended for groups of 10 or more high school age students.  Chaperones from your school or organization must accompany your group at all times. Tri-C requests one chaperone for every 10-12 students.

Maximum group size is 40 students. Larger groups may be accommodated, but are subject to staff and space availability.

A Group Visit Request Form must be submitted at least four weeks in advance of your anticipated visit date. The visit will begin with a 30-minute presentation outlining the enrollment steps, academic opportunities and general Tri-C information. A 30 to 45-minute walking tour of the campus will follow. Group visits typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, however, exceptions to the two-hour time frame can be made on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to hear from additional campus resources during your visit, or have additional questions or requests, please include that in the “Special Requests” section, and we will do our best to accommodate.

You will receive a response via e-mail within three business days of submitting your Group Visit Request Form from a Tri-C Recruitment Specialist to coordinate your visit.
