Student Success

The Student Success team is deeply committed to providing academic and personal support to students as they identify and achieve their educational and personal goals. We seek to provide a supportive, encouraging, and understanding environment where each of our students may seek academic achievement.
As a new student, you may have many questions about what your first semester will bring and how to achieve the most academic success. Whether you are a first-time college student, or transferring to Tri-C from another college or university, Cuyahoga Community College wants our students to set their goals to complete certificates and degrees.

Become a Student Ambassador Today!
Student Ambassadors are representatives of the college to act as a first point of contact for prospective students, current students and the community. Student Ambassadors at Cuyahoga Community College are part of an exciting student organization that works with the Student Success Center. Ambassadors are selected through an application and interview process and once selected take part in an environment that: is high energy, has high expectations, and is fast paced. This environment allows them to utilize their interpersonal communication skills and also assist students and visitors at Tri-C. They help in the recruitment, retention and success of future and prospective students and represent the college in various functions such as orientations, campus tours, school visits, community outreach and other events.
