You are financially liable for registered courses, whether you attend or not. You do have the option to withdraw. See below for the Withdraw Schedule.

For assistance in withdrawing from one or more of your courses, please contact Admissions and Enrollment Services.


2025 Spring Withdraw Schedule

If you withdraw from your class(es), you may still be responsible for all or a percentage of the tuition and fee charges.

If you paid the tuition and fees in full and have no other outstanding balance, your payment minus the % you are responsible for will be refunded to you. Refund process will begin two weeks after the start of term. The College has 14 days to process your Financial Aid refund. Financial Aid students should contact their campus Student Financial Aid office to determine how a withdraw will affect their aid eligibility.
