Tri-C's Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Training (PAT) is a fast-track, four-week program in partnership with the Cleveland Building and Construction Trades Council.

This program features hands-on training in addition to classroom instruction, introducing you to the basics of construction, safety on the worksite, tool identification and operation, worksite behavior and readiness, and overviews of apprenticeship trades. You will also hear from and connect with business and trade speakers visiting the class.
Plus, you will earn an OSHA 10 certification, an industry-recognized credential that shows potential employers your commitment to safety.
Program Highlights

Program Prerequisites
- At least 18 years old
- High school or GED diploma
- Physical ability to do construction work
- Construction industry math and reading assessment test
- Plans to pursue a career in the construction trades after program completion
