Career Exploration Labs are not about finding one "right" career. They're about asking better questions, exploring your options and making informed decisions.

Whether you're:

What You'll Do

Before you attend, complete the Lightcast Career Coach assessment so you can use your results during the session.

During the lab, you'll:

• Discover more about yourself by exploring your interests and Holland Code results
• Determine what matters to you in a career, including salary, schedule, location, flexibility, work environment and growth
• Explore a career you're curious about and see how well it matches your interests and priorities
• Identify what you still need to learn before making a career decision
• Prepare to take the next step in your career exploration

Leave With a Plan

By the end of the lab, you'll have a better understanding of:

• Who you are
• What matters to you
• Which career possibilities interest you
• What you still need to learn
• What you'll do next
