Dr. Nolen M. Ellison Endowed Scholarship
Dr. Nolen Ellison, the second president of Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®), was a visionary leader who helped shape the College during its foundational years. His forward thinking leadership modernized the institution and positioned it as a beacon of access and opportunity. This scholarship recognizes his vision, leadership, dedication and commitment to Tri-C and the community.
- CMHA resident
 - 18-35 years old
 - Enrolled in academic or workforce training program
 - Good academic progress
 
First Generation Scholarship
More than 50% of Tri-C students are among the first in their families to attend college. This scholarship helps first-generation students achieve their goals and become positive role models.
- First generation of family to attend college
 - 2.5 GPA or higher
 - Enrolled full or part time
 
Samuel G. Lucarelli Endowed Scholarship Fund
Supports the community Lucarelli loved by helping residents work toward a better future
- CMSD graduate
 - Enrolled in academic or workforce training program
 - At least 6 credits per semester or 
fast track training program leading to certificate or credential 
Earvin “Magic” Johnson Endowed Scholarship
 Recognizes Johnson’s commitment to students in urban environments
- Cuyahoga County resident
 - Enrolled in any credit or noncredit program
 - First-generation and/or minority student preferred
