Welcome to Neighborhood Scholars

Registration for Winter AND Spring 2023 is open!

In cooperation with community partners, Encore 55+ Learning presents opportunities to take off-campus courses throughout Greater Cleveland. In-person and virtual courses are offered. Note: Neighborhood Scholars virtual courses are live and only available to view during scheduled dates and times.

Note: Neighborhood Scholars courses are part of the Encore 55+ Learning program and requires participants to register as Tri-C students via the online registration system or at a campus Enrollment Center.
