How to Register and Pay

Note: Registering for more than one class at once? Please ensure all selected classes are in your cart before checking out. If you attempt to make more than one purchase of the same amount within a 24-hour period, the system may generate an error message and reject your payment. If this occurs, please wait at least 24 hours to register and pay for additional classes.

• Credit Card Service Fee: A 2.25% service fee will apply to all payments made by credit card for Corporate College® and Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) credit and noncredit tuition, fees and other student account charges.

You may register in person at any Tri-C Enrollment Center using a check, money order or cash. Credit cards are not accepted at the registration window.

Withdrawals

• You must withdraw more than five days before classes start to receive full refund.
• You must withdraw within four to five days before classes start to receive 50% refund.
• No refund will be issued when you withdraw three or less days before classes start (no exceptions).
• Withdrawal requests must come directly from the student or their designee. The official receipt date is the day and time the request is received in the Enrollment Center.

You will receive a full refund for any canceled courses. View additional information on refunds.

Instructors Unavailable to Teach

We try not to cancel any classes, but there are times when an instructor is unable to teach due to unforeseen circumstances. When this occurs, no refund or prorated amount will be given. We encourage students to attend any other classes scheduled during that specific date and time.
