Interested in pursuing a career in the legal field? Tri-C offers several degree and certificate programs: Captioning and Court Reporting, Paralegal Studies or Criminal Justice.

  • Paralegal Studies is an American Bar Association-approved program that prepares students to serve as paralegal professionals. Graduates are prepared for careers in business, industry or nonprofit corporations that interface with the legal system.
  • Captioning and Court Reporting offers one of the most recognized and sought-after two-year degree and certificate programs in the country. It allows students to choose a learning path that fits their lifestyle, including steno writing, voice writing, digital reporting and transcription — all completely online.
  • Criminal Justice can put students on the path to a rewarding career in law enforcement or help them advance their careers. Program topics include policing, the judicial system, criminal investigations, industrial/corporate security and juvenile delinquency.
