Why should faculty use it?
SurveyMonkey is a good tool for faculty looking to quickly survey their departmental team members or students and get opinions or choices regarding projects, assignments, etc.

Google Forms
Description: Google Forms allows anyone with a Google account to create an easy to use web form/survey, tie it to a spreadsheet where you can track results and post to the web (if desired). It is a valuable tool to collect votes, conduct surveys, or gather poll data into a spreadsheet.
Why should faculty use it?
- Google Forms is a good tool for faculty looking to quickly survey their departmental team members or students and get opinions or choices regarding projects, assignments, etc.
- Only the creator of the form needs an account, others can modify and edit (in real time) without having a Google account
- There are no limits to questions and responses (unlike the free version of SurveyMonkey)
- Create a Google account if you don't have one and sign in
- Select the Google Apps (9 squares at top right) and select Forms, or go to forms.google.com

Doodle Poll
Description: Doodle is a web-based meeting scheduling tool to allow invited guests to indicate to the meeting host their availability amongst various dates and times.
Why should faculty use it?
- Doodle is ideal for faculty to quickly schedule a meeting without having to track down everyone's availability. Doodle is also idea for faculty to quickly schedule an impromptu session, class, or meeting with their students.
How faculty access software: Visit Doodle and create an account, or login using a Google, Apple, Microsoft or Facebook

Microsoft Forms
Description: Microsoft Forms is an online survey creator, part of Office 365. Forms allows users to create surveys and quizzes with automatic marking. The data can be exported into Microsoft Excel.

- Microsoft Forms is a good tool for faculty looking to quickly survey their departmental team members or students and get opinions or choices regarding projects, assignments, etc.
- Only the creator of the form needs an account
