E-Advising Request Information
eAdvising services are offered by Cuyahoga Community College to assist students with academic questions and concerns. Please make sure your question is as specific and detailed as possible so online counselors can provide you with the most accurate and appropriate information.
eAdvising is an online resource designed to complement the College’s existing counseling services which help students navigate college pathways, reach academic goals, and understand procedures and degree/certificate requirements. Please be aware that some academic counseling issues may require an in-person or phone appointment. Personal Counseling, Career Counseling and SAP/Financial Aid Appeals cannot be done via eAdvising.
Academic information is confidential. Communications are accessible to online counselors and administrators. Due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), when requesting personal information about your record, we will ONLY reply to your inquiry using the eAdvising system. After you submit your request, you will receive a reply from an online counselor within two (2) business days. Please be aware that it may take longer to receive a reply during peak registration times in January and August.
Please note: eAdvising cannot answer questions regarding Financial Aid. Students must contact the Financial Assistance Office at (216) 987-6000 for all Financial Aid questions.
