Manufacturing Programs
Right Skills Now — Computer Numerical Control (CNC)
Tri-C collaborated with Swagelok Co. to create this fast-track training program. Right Skills Now combines 180 hours of training at Tri-C with a 320-hour paid internship at Swagelok. Students who successfully complete the program and internship are offered a full-time CNC operator position at Swagelok.

Tri-C now offers a short-term Manufacturing Certified Production Technician (CPT) certificate. The role of a manufacturing production technician is to ensure that a quality product is delivered quickly and according to safety, environmental and health procedures and regulations. These individuals set up, start up, operate and shut down manufacturing equipment.

Introductory Welding
This program provides basic training for students who want to acquire the fundamental skills of Stick, MIG, TIG and Oxy-fuel welding technologies and prepares them for careers in the welding industry with the potential to earn three nationally recognized certifications. At the conclusion of the MIG, TIG and Stick welding courses, students submit a test piece (between 1F and 4G) for certification evaluation.

Cleveland Codes (offered Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 only)
Cleveland Codes is a hybrid fast-track training program that offers a flexible and engaging approach to learning. Over 14 weeks, students build skills necessary to pursue a career in web application and development while learning to program in C# within the .NET framework. Participants take Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification exams in HTML/CSS (98-383), JavaScript (98-382), Database Fundamentals (98-364) and Software Development Fundamentals (98-361).
