Support Groups

Support groups are a great way to connect with others who may be experiencing similar life experiences. They are not meant to be a substitution for mental health treatment or therapy, but can be a great additional help. Remember, if you are a currently enrolled Tri-C student, you can contact the Counseling Center for free counseling sessions. Be sure to note the time zones for virtual meetings below as some are not local. Enjoy connecting with others!
