Tri-C will change the name of its Workforce, Community and Economic Development (WCED) division to the Workforce Innovation division. The name change better reflects the College's impact on the regional economy as an innovative leader in workforce training.
To help shape future generations of civic-minded leaders, Constance Kassor, Ph.D., will join Tri-C as the new chair of the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Humanities Center and Mandel Scholars Academy. Her appointment begins March 31.
Tri-C announced the lineup for the 46th annual Tri-C JazzFest Cleveland, presented by KeyBank, from June 26 – 28 at Playhouse Square. The lineup includes five-time Grammy winner Dianne Reeves, Grammy-winning saxophonist Kirk Whalum, Trombone Shorty and tributes to music legends Oscar Peterson, Chick Corea and Gary Burton.
