Cross-Registration Program
Take Advantage of the Cross-Registration Program
Area colleges and universities partner with us to offer you expanded learning opportunities through our Cross-Registration Program. If you currently attend one of the institutions listed below, you may be eligible to take courses at Tri-C that count toward your home institution's degree program, paying Tri-C's tuition rate.
Participating Institutions:
- Case Western Reserve University
- Cleveland Institute of Art
- Cleveland State University
- John Carroll University
- Kent State University
- Youngstown State University
Cross-Registration Guidelines
- You must be enrolled full time at one of the participating colleges or universities listed.
- You must obtain the proper approval from the home and host institutions.
- The host institution will determine which courses are available for cross-registration.
- You must satisfy all the course prerequisites and be in good standing at the home institution.
- You must register during the designated cross-registration dates of the host institution.
- If you drop a cross-registration course, you must complete a drop form and submit it to the Admissions and Enrollment Services office.

Step 1: Complete Tri-C's application for admission. This simple and free application takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
Step 2: Complete the Cross-Registration Program form and turn it in to a Tri-C Admissions and Enrollment Services office on campus. You can also return the form via email to the campus you applied to.
Make sure you get the proper approval/signatures before turning in the form.
