Explanation of the Contest
(re)imaginings is an opportunity to lend your imagination to Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner, Tri-C’s Common Reading Program text for 2022-23.
You can (re)imagine any portion of the book in any medium or explore the book’s themes. Your (re)imagined entry should reflect the ideas raised in Zauner's book.
The idea is to relate something from the text in the form of a poem, essay, song, sculpture, play, dance, short film, speech, recipe, photograph, painting, research project, poster, etc. Academic work is likewise welcome and encouraged. It’s up to you to choose a form that works for you.
- Must be currently enrolled as a Tri-C student throughout the Fall 2022 and/or Spring 2023 semester
