ZAIT1003 AI 101: Understanding and Using Artificial Intelligence

This interactive two-hour virtual course provides a clear, non-technical introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it is being used in today's workplace. Participants will learn what AI is, how tools like ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms work, and how to use them responsibly and effectively to improve productivity, communication and decision-making.

Through live demonstrations and guided activities, learners will explore real-world applications such as writing assistance, data summarization, customer support, content creation and workflow automation.
