Mobile Apps

Mobile apps are a quick, convenient way to have helpful information available at your fingertips. Consider adding some of these free apps to your device to enhance knowledge of suicide prevention and practice of mental health and wellness techniques.

Remember that apps focusing on suicide prevention are intended to be supplemental resources, not a replacement of medical or mental health advice. If you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts, please seek professional help or contact an emergency hotline listed down the right side of this page.
