Self Assessments

These anonymous, brief educational self assessments/screenings are helpful to quickly get an idea of whether or not you or someone you know may have a concern to address with a professional.

Quick screenings are not meant to diagnose or replace an individual evaluation with a licensed mental health professional, but can be helpful in getting a person to understand when help may be needed.

If, after taking the assessments, you would like to discuss the information, next steps, and/or referrals provided, please contact our Counseling Center for a personal counseling appointment with a licensed professional.
