About the Mandel Continuing Scholars Program
The Mandel Continuing Scholars Program is a transfer pathway between the Mandel Humanities Center and the Mandel Honors College at Cleveland State University. At Tri-C, selected students prepare to transfer to Cleveland State University and learn about the difference between honors and scholars programs. Completion of Tri-C's program allows students to apply to the Mandel Honors College at CSU and transfer with a full in-state tuition scholarship to earn their bachelor's degrees.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a Mandel Scholar or Honors Program student in good standing in their program at Tri-C
- Must have the potential to graduate with a 3.5 cumulative GPA
- Must be planning to transfer to CSU in the next academic year
- Earning an Associate of Arts or Science preferred
- Completion of ENG-1010 and ENG-1020 with an A or B in the first year of Tri-C preferred
