Management / Leadership Development

"Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things."- Peter Drucker

Your leadership bench strength is a critical business foundation. Your leaders either help or hinder achievement of your goals and objectives – they ultimately determine your organization’s collective success. We understand that managers, leaders and future leaders are key players in executing your business strategy, and we can help ensure they are ready for the challenge.

Our Approach

Corporate College partners with clients to develop tailored, comprehensive leadership development programs for all levels of leadership. We begin with a needs assessment to hone in on the development areas that will bring the most impact to your business results. With your input, we’ll design a program that includes the right mix of experiences, including assessment, training and development, and/or personalized coaching. Including key stakeholders and subject-matter-experts in the design process helps to increase participation, buy-in and commitment to the program.

Coaching

Personalized coaching results in sustained behavioral change, increased self-awareness and the ability to apply leadership skills more effectively. Corporate College provides experienced executive coaches who work with clients to align individual performance goals to organizational outcomes. We conduct a personalized kick-off meeting and develop a targeted program with the client’s input. Our programs include individualized feedback and monthly coaching sessions to support and encourage the attainment of individual and organizational goals.
