In order for organizational change initiatives to succeed, leaders at all levels of the organization must support and manage the change. Organizational Support
Corporate College co-facilitates meetings with executive leadership teams to review the organization's current and desired future state, prioritize change initiatives, set expectations for leading change and outline upcoming training, coaching and change management projects. This event provides the roadmap for navigating your organization’s change management experience.
Training and Coaching
Our clients choose from four distinct workshops designed to help prepare leaders for managing the change initiative:

Each workshop is facilitated by experienced trainers who are certified in change management methodology. Our “Experience Change” workshop includes a video-based gamification tool that teaches you how to interview key stakeholders in the change process. Tracking Results
