Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) has been engaged in diversity and inclusion work for years, serving as a role model and neutral common ground for organizations seeking to begin their diversity journey. The secret to our success? We meet clients where they are in that journey. We use a consultative approach to uncover client needs and aspirations and provide the appropriate services, considering their resources and point of readiness.
Services include employee and leader training and certificates, organizational assessments and consulting services.
Courses and Certificates
Our diversity and inclusion facilitators are skilled at creating productive dialogue and managing complex group dynamics, focusing on the organizational and individual outcomes necessary to raise awareness, understanding and behavior change. Learning experiences can be delivered via instructor-led courses, virtual classrooms or a town-hall format, reinforcing organizational values and setting expectations for the employee and customer experience. Learning experiences are customizable based upon organizational need.
While there are many individual courses available, certificates such as Inclusive Diversity Champion and Inclusive Leadership Certificate are available for those seeking more-advanced development.
Whether an organization has a diversity function or not, Corporate College diversity consultants are up-to-date on practices and emerging trends, and are able to customize them to organizations in a way that enhances business outcomes.
Helping to shepherd the change process through facilitation, communication and appropriate interventions, the diversity consultant leverages an organization’s strengths, highlighting issues that may inhibit organizational success and recommending the incorporation of inclusivity practices into business planning and strategies.
Skilled in conducting small- to large-scale initiatives in partnership with organizational leadership, Corporate College consultants lead a wide variety of projects, such as diversity and inclusion organizational assessments and cultural audits to assess related company programs and practices.
