Personal training has something to offer everyone, whether you are a rookie to the gym, an experienced exerciser or just need someone to help you create an exercise routine. Your student trainer will assist you with motivation, challenge, change, safety and accountability and can answer any other wellness-related questions you may have. Once you have determined your fitness goals, your student trainer will create an exercise program specifically for you and will help you stay on track.
Personal Training Packages (dates, times and locations):
Eastern Campus: Mondays from 6 - 7 p.m. (starting Feb. 21) 8-week session
Western Campus: Tuesdays from 1 - 2 p.m. (starting Feb. 22) 8-week session
$80 for 8-week session
*Depending on your current health history/exercise status, we may request medical clearance prior to beginning the program
