Fitness and Wellness Coaching
Wellness coaching encourages a collaborative relationship between the wellness coach and client, with the goal of providing accountability as you reach your wellness goals. Your student wellness coach will help you identify and clarify priorities in the areas of fitness, nutrition, weight management and overall health. Wellness coaching is also a great fit for those who are simply feeling stuck and need assistance in reaching an optimal state of well-being.
The first and last sessions are longer and are conducted face-to-face. The second through fifth sessions are completed virtually using the Zoom conferencing app.
