Mission

Records Management Mission Statement

The Records Management department develops and establishes procedures that govern the lifecycle of all College records, regardless of format, in accordance with an approved Records Retention Schedule, including timely, compliant storage and secure destruction of records.

College Archive Center Mission Statement

The Archives is Tri-C's institutional memory. It serves the educational, research, fiscal, legal and service missions of the College by:

  • Supporting administrative needs for historical information and materials
  • Identifying, collecting and preserving essential evidence
  • Supporting, teaching and providing unique opportunities for student involvement
  • Providing access to internal and external researchers
