A nationally proven student success program is coming to Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®). One Million Degrees empowers workforce students with academic, financial, professional and personal support to create clear pathways from training to degree completion in manufacturing, health care and IT.

One Million Degrees (OMD) is a nationally recognized, research-driven student success program that addresses the real barriers standing between community college students and degree completion. At Tri-C, we're bringing OMD to our Workforce Innovation division, creating seamless pathways from noncredit workforce training into credit programs and degree attainment.

You may be eligible if you:
- Are enrolled or planning to enroll at Tri-C
- Are Pell Grant-eligible or receive financial aid
- Have no previous associate degree or higher
- Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Are committed to program participation requirements
- Are a new or recent high school graduate (priority consideration)
Scholars receive up to $1,000 annually in performance-based stipends, plus last-dollar tuition support, coaching and career development access.
