Creating a Disruption Podcast

Creating a Disruption is a podcast designed to highlight the ways faculty have disrupted the traditional classroom environment by finding different ways to engage students.

Episode 6: Season Finale: Prof. Moni James

On the season 2 finale of Creating a Disruption, Kara DePaul and Brian Hall interview Moni James, who is an adjunct professor in the Emergency Medical Technology program and a recent adjunct Besse Award winner. Our conversation focuses on a variety of topics, such as how we can adjust to students’ needs in the classroom, and the importance of providing constructive criticism so students can learn from their mistakes.
