Working in Student Life is such a rewarding experience. Every day brings the opportunity to connect with students, build a community and create spaces where they feel seen and valued. I'm grateful to be part of a team that supports students not just academically but also personally through leadership programs, campus events, clubs and organizations, and essential resources like the Pantry. Student Life is meaningful because of the people who bring it to life — students, staff and partners who sincerely care about making college a place where everyone belongs.

I truly enjoy being a part of Student Life. My role as a Unit Operations Specialist II gives me the opportunity to engage with student clubs and organizations. I'm excited to help students when they come into the office however I can or connect them wherever they need to go. Student Life is a fantastic place to be.

Leslie Brown

After many years of working with nonprofits, I joined Tri-C's Western Campus in March 2025. While the Pantry is a great resource for students, I like to make sure it is also a friendly and welcoming place for connection and engagement at Tri-C. I am proud to be part of the Student Life department and passionate about helping students feel engaged with the campus community. I encourage students to take advantage of all the Student Life department has to offer, including the Pantry, to gain a sense of belonging and purpose both in and out of the classroom.
