Workforce Training Course Offered Through Tri-C Access Centers
Enrollment now open for spring session beginning late March
Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) is offering in-person and online Workforce Success courses this spring to expand community access to education and job training.
Part of the ongoing Tri-C Access Centers initiative, the course is designed to prepare participants for workplace success while introducing them to the College and its resources. An in-person session begins March 22 at Esperanza Access Center (3104 W. 25th St.), and an online session begins March 23.
- Earn college credit
- Identify and boost employable skills
- Get help with career planning, resumé writing and job searching
- Improve study, time management and problem-solving skills
Instructional materials will be available online for self-paced review, with morning and evening instructor-led sessions at designated times during the week.
The Workforce Success course is open to the community and presented in partnership with Tri-C Access Center hosts. It is offered at no cost to participants through scholarship funding.

Tri-C Access Centers debuted in 2019 to bring education and job training to neighborhoods gripped by poverty. The sites open doors to opportunity by bringing the college experience into the community.
Partners include Esperanza Inc.; The MetroHealth System; Olivet Housing and Community Development Corp., an arm of Olivet Institutional Baptist Church; and Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority.
