Tri-C Foundation Honors Jeneen Marziani for Distinguished Service
Board member recognized with Chairperson’s Award for dedicated service
CLEVELAND — The Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) Foundation presented its 2025 Chairperson's Award to Jeneen S. Marziani for her dedicated service to the organization and its student-focused mission.
This award recognizes someone who has made a significant difference to the Tri-C Foundation through engagement and passion for the College's work. Established in 2019, the Chairperson's Award gives the Tri-C Foundation board chair and the College president an opportunity to recognize good works in the moment or a lifetime of outstanding contributions.
Jeneen Springer Marziani has been the president of the Ohio market at the Bank of America Corporation since 2009 and serves as its senior vice president. She coordinates with other Bank of America business leaders in the market to grow revenue, aligns local market initiatives to the Bank of America Corporation's business and corporate social responsibility strategies, and continually advances its brand. She joined Bank of America in 1993 and has served in several senior leadership positions within the organization.
"Jeneen continually goes above and beyond as a board member, both personally and in representing Bank of America," said Pat Pastore, the outgoing Tri-C Foundation chairperson. "She is deeply involved in this community and committed to creating positive change for our students at Tri-C and throughout the region. She is always seeking new ways of helping the community and creating opportunities. She promotes mentorship and experiential learning and other ways of lifting each other up."
"Jeneen has advocated for a strong partnership through philanthropy between Tri-C and Bank of America," said Tri-C Foundation President Megan O'Bryan. "She led the vision that resulted in Bank of America's four-year $600,000 investment in and partnership with our Adult Diploma Program, expanding its capacity to support students' career exploration, essential workplace skills and job placement."
Marziani became a Tri-C Foundation director in 2019. She is a vice chairperson and serves on the committee of directors. A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, she is on the boards of the Ohio Bankers League, Greater Cleveland Food Bank and Greater Cleveland Partnership. In 2024, she was among the YWCA Greater Cleveland Women of Achievement honorees.
