Westshore Campus president one of 68 local executives in Class of 2027
Scott Latiolais, Ed.D., the president of Cuyahoga Community College’s Westshore Campus, is one of 68 Greater Cleveland executives recently named to the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2027.
Founded by the Cleveland Leadership Center in 1978, Leadership Cleveland has brought together accomplished leaders from diverse sectors and backgrounds to deepen their understanding of the region’s key opportunities and challenges, strengthen cross-sector relationships, and increase their capacity to create meaningful community impact.
The Class of 2027 brings together a broad array of leaders in accounting and finance, arts, business and entrepreneurship, education, healthcare, law, manufacturing, real estate and construction, sports and entertainment, and more.
“I am honored to be selected for the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2027,” Latiolais said. “I look forward to working alongside the talented and visionary leaders in this year’s class as we continue to build a better, more vibrant region.”
The Class of 2027 will launch in September with a two-day retreat at Sawmill Creek Resort in Huron, Ohio, followed by nine additional monthly sessions that will be held at different sites throughout the region.
Session days will focus on specific themes including economic development, education, and quality of life, featuring dozens of business and community leaders facilitating in-depth conversations to build understanding and foster cross-sector collaboration to strengthen Cleveland’s future.
Since its founding nearly 50 years ago, more than 11,000 local leaders have completed the program.
