Mental Health Services
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your academic success, and our College is committed to supporting both. We're expanding efforts to ensure every student has access to the mental health, wellness and suicide prevention resources they need to thrive.
Our services are designed to help you explore solutions to personal concerns that may be impacting your educational experience and personal development. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed or just need someone to talk to, you don't have to deal with it alone.
Each campus offers a Counseling Center where currently enrolled students can access short-term personal counseling services. You'll meet with professional counselors or psychologists who can help you clarify concerns, provide support and guidance, and work with you toward meaningful resolutions.
In addition, our Help Is Here (HIH) initiative connects you to a wide range of mental health and wellness resources. Download the Help Is Here app, where you can easily access tools and information related to mental health, overall well-being and suicide prevention whenever and wherever you need them.
These services also serve as a gateway to additional resources, helping you discover available support systems both on and off campus.
