Bio: Manager of a recovery center providing resources for the community in addition to a job-training program specific to recovering addicts. Also a member of various local board on social service.
 
Topics: Jessica is a person in recovery who is committed to improving the lives of others in recovery. She is a member of the 2019 Signature Leadership Medina County class, Main Street Medina, 100 + Women Who Care, Medina County Career Center Medical Assistance Committee, Family First Council, Family First Trauma Informed Care Committee and serves as the OhioCAN (Change Addiction Now) Medina County Coordinator. Bio: I have worked in private and public sector; have a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering; or department employs 125 in the field of water, wastewater, and solid waste and recycling.
 
Topics: I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University.  I worked for the consulting firm CT Consultants in Willoughby, Ohio in their water and wastewater utility division for 7 years, and then at a private firm Louis Perry & Associates in Wadsworth, Ohio, where I was responsible for complete civil site design for educational, commercial, industrial and institutional projects for 6 years.  I have since worked at the Medina County Sanitary Engineers office for 15 years.  I was promoted permanently to the position of the Medina County Sanitary Engineer in February 2014.  I am responsible for Medina County's public water and wastewater utilities and treatment, and also the solid waste transfer station and recycling center.
