Bio: Rose is a Manager in the Research and Development department at Hyland Software. She is responsible for leading developers and software testers in the delivery of quality products in a timely manner. She has been an employee of Hyland for 12 years. Rose started at Hyland as a QA Representative and was mainly responsible for testing software used in the healthcare space. Rose is the Technical Advocate for the HylandWIN (Women in Networking) Employee Resource Group and is passionate about ensuring women are pursuing technical careers.   
 
Topics: I have personal experience with being a non-traditional or adult student and I feel that it is never too late to pursue your passion. I am knowledgeable in software testing methodologies, troubleshooting techniques, speaking to technical and non-technical audiences.
