Bio: I made the decision to attend Tri-c at the age of 42 after I decided I could no longer work in retail and a friend told me she could see me as a teacher to young children.

Topics: Adoption, because I was adopted and recently connected with my biological family. I also know a lot about sensory play and sensory learning because I researched and built a sensory garden at a local childcare center. Teaching and caregiving for infants and toddlers because that is what I have been doing since 2015 professionally.

I then started my career with Robert Half where I spent 6+ years in the third-party staffing industry, handling job placements specific to Accounting and Finance functions. I oversaw our Accountemps division and mainly focused on new business development, account management, and management/leadership of up to 4 employees. Most recently, I transitioned to Amazon where I lead a team that handles high volume staffing for all of the Greater Cleveland facilities.
