Hours of Operation

At Tri-C, we strive to provide our students and visitors with the resources they need to succeed. Whether you're planning your day on campus or looking for support, we're here to help at times that fit your schedule.

Campus Hours

Westshore Campus is open 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some evening hours according to service area.

  • For specific department/facility hours, including holiday/extended hours, please check below. 
  • For faculty availability, students should check the syllabus for office hours.

Upcoming Closures

The College will be closed the following days:

  • Thursday, Nov. 28 - Sunday, Dec. 1 | Thanksgiving Recess
  • Tuesday, Dec. 24 - Sunday, Jan. 1, 2025 | Winter Leave
  • Monday, Jan. 20 | Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
  • Monday, Mar. 10 - Sunday, Mar. 16 | Spring Break

Admissions and Financial Services Hours

Regular, in-person hours of operation are:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Learning Commons (TLC)

The Learning Commons (TLC) includes the library, technology learning center, tutoring, and testing. The TLC's regular hours of operation are:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (The Testing Center closes at 4 p.m. on Fridays)
