Can be union or non-union positions.
- Full Time: Regularly scheduled to work the College’s full-time schedule (either 37.5 or 40 hours per week). Full-time positions are grouped into categories of Administrator, Professional or Support Staff.
- Part Time: Authorized to work up to a maximum average of 20 hours per week, not to exceed 1040 hours in a fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).
- Temporary Assignment: Employment for a defined period of time typically associated with a grant, specific project or the start up of a new program. A full-time temporary employee can work for the College in the same job title for a maximum of three years.
- Seasonal/Casual: Part-time employees who work on a seasonal or casual schedule, such as only during registration periods or peak hours in the bookstores.
