Title IX Regulations Training

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a federal law that states: “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination under any educational programs or activity receiving federal financial assistance.”

As required by the final Title IX Rule, released in May 2020, all training materials used to train Title IX personnel must be made publicly available on College’s Title IX web page.
