THOSE STUDENTS CONSIDERING CONTINUING TO ONE OF THE ASSOCIATE'S OF APPLIED SCIENCE IN MEDICAL ASSISTING MUST:

  1. Notify the Medical Assisting program director.

  3. Students will receive an acceptance email letter from the Phlebotomy program director at their Tri-C email address once acceptance has been approved.  If the student is continuing with the Patient Navigator Associate's degree, they must speak with the MA Program Director.

One Final Note

Please provide the MA program with the most current phone number and email address. Most communications with students are generally sent to their Tri-C email address, so please remember to check your Tri-C email frequently.  If the college closes one campus or another you are generally notified by phone or email.  If your instructor is not able to make their class, they will typically send out emails via Blackboard, notifying students there is no class that day or night.  We are not responsible to notify you if you haven’t provided us with the correct information.
