• 2002 — Initially on Eastern Campus, while Corporate College was being built, Tri-C’s Professional Development Institute (PDI)/Organizational Excellence Institute received the globally recognized benchmark for quality ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification on April 1, 2002.
  
  
• 2005 — COSE - the Council of Smaller Enterprises - played a supportive role in the early development of the Key Entrepreneur Development Center at Corporate College. The Center was envisioned as a regional collaborative that would engage local chambers of commerce and entrepreneurial support programs. COSE was one of those key partners, helping to amplify outreach and connect small businesses to the Center's resources.
  
  
• Quality Conference — Corporate College hosted an annual Quality Conference, which brought together thought leaders and visionaries, marking the beginning of our commitment to excellence. Conferences since have hosted icons like Jack Welch, solidifying Corporate College as a hub for innovation and dialogue.
  
  
• 2012 — 2014 Disney Institute — Over a three-year period, we proudly trained over 600 individuals, setting a benchmark for institutional partnerships and professional empowerment.
  
  
• 2014 — Our strategic partnership with Baldwin Wallace University laid the groundwork for expanding opportunities and redefining professional education.
  
  
• 2016 — An innovative Leadership Development Series was launched to equip professionals with essential skills to drive organizational success.
  
  
• 2018 — We celebrated reaching 5,000 training participants, marking a significant milestone in advancing workforce development.
  
  
• 2020 — We adapted swiftly to the global pandemic by transitioning to virtual training platforms, ensuring uninterrupted access to professional education.
  
  
• The Chefs’ Table opened in 2020 to allow for Chefs’ to connect with our community through culinary classes, 'Food Network' style team-building experiences and unique facility rental options. It was one of the first remote courses offered at Corporate College during the pandemic.
  
  
• 2023 — The Center for Entrepreneurs was launched to empower aspiring and established entrepreneurs with resources, training and support to build and grow successful businesses.
  
  
• 2024 — The Podcast Studio launched with a livestream recording of its inaugural episode - a conversation between Tri-C president, Michael A. Baston and Mayor Justin M. Bibb to provide a unique marketing experience for entrepreneurs.

Along the way, we've hosted impactful events like Administrative Professional Day Conferences, bike build team-building experiences, groundbreaking parking lot fundraisers during the pandemic and interactive experiences like Chefs' Table at Corporate College.
