Infrastructure Maintenance (on-going)
Signage and Wayfinding Project 2026-2027
Phase I – Assessment and inventory of interior and exterior signage by campus and building as well as film, to the College standards. Identify signage across all campuses to identify outdated, inconsistent, or non compliant elements. Develop updated signage drawings to match the current standards, that are also inclusive of ADA requirements to the building codes. This project phase is occurring between March 2026 to August 2026.
Phase II – Fabrication and installation of new signage based on the standards and any new College department names. This includes replacing outdated signs, improving directional wayfinding, and ensuring consistent placement and visibility across all locations. This project phase is occurring between September 2026 to March 2027.

Heating and Cooling Upgrade 2026-2027
Phase I – Remove and replace the steam boiler system with a high-efficiency hot water boiler system. Dynamic controls will optimize performance, fully integrated into the Tridium Building Automated System (BAS) for remote monitoring and diagnostics. This project phase is occurring between April 2026 to September 2026.
Phase II – Upgrade the chillers with new high-efficiency chillers, adaptive capacity modulation, and smart refrigerant monitoring. Integrate advanced analytics, fault detection, and energy optimization within the Tridium Building Automated System (BAS). This project phase is occurring between November 2026 to March 2027.
