Wills and Trust Language
Bequest language that can be used in a gift by will or living trust:
“I, [Donor Name], bequeath to the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation,
located at 700 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115
the sum of $____/____ or
the ____ percent of my estate or
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate.
This bequest should be designated in support of the [insert program or area if
necessary].”
To give a tangible asset, such as property::
_______ shares of common stock of __________ [or insert here a description of other
property] owned by me at my death as these shares shall exist at the date of my death.
This bequest should be designated in support of Cuyahoga Community College
Foundation for its general purposes [or insert program or area].
